Returns & Exchanges at Unbroken Sleep

At Unbroken Sleep, we strive for perfection. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, please register your return via our customer service team and include a tracking number with your shipment. Once received, your refund will be processed promptly.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Quality is our priority. If you receive a faulted pillow or a parcel damaged during transit, please notify our support team immediately. To expedite your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the affected item

  • A brief description and photographic evidence

Note: Claims for transit damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Proof of damage is required for all refunds or replacements.

Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong size or style, please contact us right away with your order number, the name of the item ordered, and a photo of the item received. We will rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.

Exchanges & Return Costs

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color for your little one, please return your original item and place a new order.

  • Defective Items: Return shipping is complimentary if the product is faulty or damaged.

  • Personal Preference: If the shoes do not fit or are no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
