Your Responsibilities
Innovative Product Design
Design premium sleep and wellness products that align with the calming, modern identity of Unbroken Sleep while enhancing comfort and user experience.
Product Development
Manage the design process from concept creation and material selection to technical specifications, prototyping, and production-ready samples.
User-Focused Problem Solving
Develop practical and elegant solutions that improve sleep quality, ergonomics, durability, and everyday usability.
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure all products meet our quality standards and brand vision.
Trend & Market Research
Stay ahead of trends in sleep wellness, sustainable materials, and interior aesthetics to keep Unbroken Sleep innovative and relevant in the wellness market.
Your Profile
Experience
Experience in product design, industrial design, or wellness/home-related products is highly preferred.
Communication
Strong written and spoken English skills for effective communication with international partners and suppliers.
Mindset
You are passionate about creating products that genuinely improve people’s lives and wellbeing through better sleep.
Skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or 3D modeling software, combined with a strong understanding of materials and product development.
Personality
You are creative, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where attention to detail and innovation are highly valued.
