• Within 24 Hours: Please contact us at support@tippyshoes.com immediately. We will do our utmost to halt the shipment and issue a full refund.

• After 24 Hours: If your order has already entered the processing or shipping stage, we reserve the right to decline the cancellation. In this event, we kindly ask that you receive the package and follow our standard return procedure.
